Clerodendrum ?trichotomum

August 2006. A plant spreading in the Bishop Museum grounds, Hawaii.

It was thought to be a Clerodendrum. It is on Guam and is very invasive. It is similar to C. indicum in habit, but the flower and fruit look more like to Japanese Clerodendrum, C. trichotomum, although the leaves differ from photos on the Internet: davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/3092/.

C. godefroyi was also suggested. There was no outright winner!
