April 2002. The Global Invasive Species Programme, in cooperation with CAB International, recently developed and published Invasive Alien Species – A Toolkit of Best Prevention and Managemant Practice. It has lots of useful information and case studies on the management of invasive species.

The toolkit is at http://www.cabi-bioscience.ch/wwwgisp/gt1main.htm. It can either be used on the Internet or downloaded to a PDF version. The next edition of the PIER CD will also contain a copy.
