Leaf miner, Guyana

October 2007. Guyana reported a pest of coconuts attacking the leaves. The larvae are about half an inch long with a cream body, mining the leaves, which turn brown and dry. No photo was provided, but members were asked for their opinion as to what it might be. Surinane reported the same insect.
