| April 2013. Some weeks ago, Dibyendu Paul sent two images of a grasshopper for identification. The specimens came the North Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Maghalaya, North Eastern India.
They have been identified by David Rentz, a PestNet Associate, as a pyrgomorph: Aularches miliaris. It’s on Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aularches_miliaris and several other websites.David Rentz has a website http://bunyipco.blogspot.com.au /with some wonderful photo.
