Acalolepta, Samoa

June 2004. Samoa reared larvae that were boring into stems of citrus and to the adult stage. The only record of a cerambycid damaging citrus stems in Samoa is the genus Dihammus (Stout 1982). Can anyone confirm the identification of the photo attached?

It looks like the genus Dihammus (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae), but additional information on size of the larva would be useful. Note, that Acalolepta is the valid genus name.
